These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed below.

Deposit Policy
A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We understand emergencies happen — please communicate as early as possible.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period may be extended at the stylist's discretion. Arriving significantly late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment, with the deposit forfeited.

Hair Policy
Unless otherwise noted in the service description, hair is NOT included in the service price. Please come prepared with the appropriate hair for your style. If you are unsure what to bring, feel free to reach out via Instagram DM before your appointment.

Children Policy
Children receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For the comfort of all clients, please limit additional guests. Children not receiving services should remain calm and supervised throughout the appointment.

Health & Scalp Policy
We reserve the right to decline services on scalps with active infections, open wounds, or conditions that may be aggravated by styling. Please consult a dermatologist before booking if you have scalp concerns.

Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction matters. If you have concerns about your service, please communicate them before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address any issues. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
